shipping faq's

we aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

we currently only offer standard shipping. standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch. express shipping options coming soon!

***ANNOUNCEMENT***

we have a very small quantity available to be shipped worldwide. please allow 6-12 business days to receive your order if you are ordering from outside the US.

unfortunately we only offer shipping within the US. we are working quickly to offer shipping to the rest of the world. watch the space!

once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. you can use this link to track the status of your delivery. alternatively click here and enter your tracking details

if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. if the tracking shows no movement or you still have concerns, contact our friendly customer service team at hello@theinstaliftco.com or click here and fill out the form and we’ll be happy to assist you.

if you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. we will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product. we will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

if your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately. we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. in the event that your package cannot be located, we will assist you with a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. we do offer shipping protection at the checkout for an additional small fee which covers you for lost, stolen or delayed orders.
