Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship FREE to most of the world! Some countries we can unfortunately not offer free shipping, however we want to ensure most countries around the world can purchase our products, so we do have paid shipping options.

When will my order be shipped?

lease allow 1-3 business days from the day you placed your order for processing. You will receive notification when your item/s have been dispatched. Please allow 7 - 15 business days for your items to arrive once shipped.

If you have not received notification of shipment within 7 working days of placing your order, please email us at hello@theinstaliftco.com and we will assist you the best we can.

When can I expect my order?

The following delivery timeframes are a guide only:

Orders can take between 1-3 business days for processing, and 7-15 business days for shipping.

What if my items haven’t arrived or they’re lost in transit?

Once your order has left our warehouse, they are then the property of the courier companies that each supplier chooses. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you and potentially refund you. For additional protection of your order, please purchase our shipping protection with your order.

Our people continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances, so we’re asking everyone to be kind and treat our dedicated customer service staff with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Aggressive and abusive behavior towards our people will not be tolerated. Thank you for your support and patience.

Refunds & Returns

How do I request a refund or exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, please contact our support team at hello@theinstaliftco.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theinstaliftco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation. We cover return shipping costs for incorrect or defective items.

How do I track my order?

We'll send you emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress by clicking here.

Simply enter your order number which can be located in your order confirmation email, as well as your email address, or enter your tracking number that you will have received once your order has been dispatched.

We will ALWAYS send ALL information that we receive from our suppliers. Unfortunately, as we only offer the basic standard shipping to provide you with more affordable shipping, sometimes tracking information may be limited on the customer’s end.

Can I cancel my order?

At InstaLift, we do not allow for the cancellation of any orders once the item has been shipped. Please take the time to read out processing and shipping times before placing an order so you understand when to expect your order and how to contact us if you have any questions.

If you require to cancel your order before the item has been shipped, we can do this, but you will be charged a 10% restocking fee per item within your order.

How do I use coupons and discount codes?

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code into our discount bar and click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order

Is the InstaLift reusable?

No, the InstaLift is designed for one-time use. for the best results, it's recommended to apply a fresh set of tape each time.

How do I remove InstaLift tape?

To remove InstaLift, gently peel the tape from the skin. It's advisable to do this slowly to minimize any discomfort. Any residue can be easily cleaned with mild soap and water.

Can I exercise or shower while wearing InstaLift?

It's recommended to avoid strenuous exercise and excessive moisture while wearing instalift, as this may affect the adhesion of the tape.

Can I use InstaLift every day?

While InstaLift is designed for occasional use, it's not recommended for daily use. Allow your skin time to breathe between applications to prevent any potential irritation.
